Concierge Management and team want to update all guests on how we intend to move forward into 2022.
We will continue to do the following and ask that you:
- Please report on arrival to reception and we will check your details & brief you accordingly.
- Our Enhanced cleaning regime will remain.
- Hand sanitisers & sprays are and will continue to be provided in multiple locations.
- Our staff may choose to socially distance from each other and guests for their own protection
Our main objective, as always, is to provide our guests with the best possible holiday experience and so we want everyone to have a fantastic, but safe time with us, as we move through this new surge in the virus.
We hope you will be reassured by our vigilance, we look forward to seeing you very soon.
Arrival Times For All Touring Pitches.
Check in times are now strictly between 2pm-6pm. We are unable to offer any late arrivals, late checkouts or early arrivals. Please do not arrive before 2pm or after 6pm as entry may not be possible.
Arrival Times Safari Lodges Only.
Check in times for the Safari Lodges are between 4pm & 6pm. We are unable to offer early check in or late checkout, please advise us prior to arrival of your arrival time. Check out time strictly before 10am. Please note we will no longer be able to assist you with your luggage etc, however there will be a trolley located at your lodge for your personal use for the duration of your stay.
Check in.
The evening before arrival after 6pm you will be sent a digital brochure of the park, along with our new T’s & C’s, your pitch name and coloured number which will correspond with our park layout map. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pitch change requests. We have COVID -19 safety measures in place in our reception with screens and hand sanitising stations on each of the entrances, we do ask you to please kindly enter wearing a face mask also if possible.
Visitors.
We allow you to have visitors to the park but we do ask for them to still check in at reception and follow all government guidelines.
Hand Sanitising Stations.
We have in excess of 12 Hand sanitising stations throughout the park at all key locations.
Social Gatherings.
Sensible Social distancing will apply at all times on the park. If you are holidaying with friends or family staying on other pitches please do not exceed the current government guidance and act with due consideration for other guests at our park.
Shower suites, Toilets & Washing up facilities.
Are now all open. But please note will be closed for cleaning each day. During this time you will be able to use the reception toilet and the accessible bathroom.
Reporting feeling unwell.
If at anytime you become unwell or believe you have been exposed to COVID-19 whilst on the park then you are to call NHS 111 and report it to a member off staff by phone at reception. You then need to make immediate arrangements to return home as soon as possible and remain in your environment on the park until you do so.
Tourist information leaflets.
Unfortunately, we have had to remove all leaflets due to government guidance. Please refer to our website www.conciergecamping.co.uk for local tourist attractions or search the internet for local cycle paths and walks.
Taking responsibility.
Whilst we can help by putting in place procedures to help to keep us all safe this is not only our responsibility, and everyone has a part to play. Government guidance needs to be followed and consideration to all is essential.
On-site Shop.
Our shop will be open and stocks essential provisions alongside ice creams, Bbq meats, milk, alcohol, frozen croissants & bread. For your protection -we ask that all continue to maintain a 2metre radius between our guests in our shop.
Essential items to bring & Personal Safety.
Please make sure essential hygiene items such as hand gel, gloves and sanitiser are brought with you. Please ensure you carry handwipes or hand sanitiser for the duration of your stay. Please use these when on the park especially when touching keypads, door handles, garden gates etc.
Bar & Outside Seating areas brand new for 2021.
The bar & coffee shop will be open with take away disposable drinkware, we ask you to be responsible for disposing of all your drinkware in the bins provided to prevent contamination to other guests and staff. The seating areas will be arranged to government guidelines and will sanitised daily. Please note you may also take your drinks away to drink on your own pitch, lodge etc.
Please note that this list is not exhaustive. Please be aware that things can change. If we need to speak to you at any point throughout your stay then it will be for everyone’s safety. If you see anyone acting inappropriately and acting out of the COVID-19 government guidelines you must report it to reception immediately, this is not snitching, this is for the safety of our staff, yourselves and other guests.
The terms and conditions will need to be accepted by yourselves before your arrival to Concierge Camping. Any infringements of these could put our guests, staff and business at risk and you will be asked to leave immediately. NO refund will be available.
These are the procedures that we feel currently fit the requirements and running of the park. As the law evolves and hopefully the pandemic is brought under control once again, and everyone is vaccinated & boosted this advice will be reviewed.
We are also delighted to be fully open and we are sure if we all work together to abide by the rules then we can all expect smooth running and you can enjoy a lovely staycation here with us at Concierge Camping. We do not want to be COVID police and we really want you to enjoy your stay, so we hope you understand our reasons for implementing these safety measures and rules. We would also like to say big thank you for booking with us and supported through these unprecedented times.
