Concierge Camping has been open for seven years now and as we get increasingly popular it is becoming more and more difficult to secure pitches on desired dates – resulting in a growing demand for early access to reservations.

The Concierge Club not only offers members early priority booking it also includes 10% off at the Concierge bar, plus a wide range of other discounts and benefits including 10% discount from our on-site caterers Notso & Notdough – see below for more details.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Membership Terms

  1. Existing Concierge Patrons wishing to apply for membership must either call Concierge Camping on 01243 573118 or email service@conciergecamping.co.uk

  2. A membership fee of £225 is required upon joining and must be made in advance of the relevant calendar year.

  3. When joining the member will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  4. Concierge Camping may decline any application to become a member and shall not be obliged to give any reason for doing so.

  5.  Membership will commence on the first day of each calendar year and and will continue until the last.

  6. In the event of resignation, suspension or termination of membership during the year, the member will not be entitled to a refund of the annual fee either in whole or in part.

  7. Renewal is not automatic. To continue your membership for the next calendar year full payment is required beforehand. Members shall be invited to renew their membership annually through the payment of the annual fee. The amount of this fee will be determined by Concierge Camping.

  8. Members must carry a Concierge Club membership card as proof of membership. Your membership card can only be used by you. If you provide your membership card to another person to make use of any discounts, special offers or promotions associated with having a membership card, we have the right to end your membership without providing a refund to you.

  9. The number of members at any time is decided by Concierge Camping.

DISCOUNTS AND privileges

  1. The Concierge Club enables all members to benefit from Concierge Club benefits. Full details of each year’s benefits are available on our website.

  2. The Concierge Club reserves the right to vary or cease to provide each and any benefits and shall not be required to provide any alternative benefit(s)

  3. Restaurant discounts do not apply during special events or in conjunction with other offers.

  4. The selling or transferral of Concierge Club benefits or privileges to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in expulsion from the club and refusal of any subsequent applications.

DATA PROTECTION AND COMPLIANCE

  1. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018, Concierge Camping is registered with the United Kingdom’s Information Commissioner’s Office as a data controller to collect information. Concierge Camping only gathers personal information, such as first and last names, contact details, addresses and email addresses. This information is collected to help Concierge Camping manage the Concierge Club. Concierge Camping also reserves the right to use or disclose any information as needed to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request, to fulfil the requests of members, to provide members with information or to cooperate in any law enforcement or regulatory investigation. Such communications will be provided to members by email, post or by telephone. All personal information that Concierge Camping collects about its members will be recorded, used, and protected by Concierge Camping in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Concierge Camping’s privacy policy can be found at which sets out Concierge Camping’s general and overarching policy regarding privacy and data. Concierge Camping will not transfer personal data outside of the European Economic Area and Concierge Camping will only retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes it is collected including for the purposes of satisfying any legal requirements. A member has the right to ask Concierge Camping to provide he or she with all the information it stores on them and to ask Concierge Camping to rectify, block, complete and delete such personal data or to restrict its use.

  2. Concierge Camping has put in place procedures to prevent any employees, agents or subcontractors from engaging in any conduct that would constitute an offence under the Bribery Act 2010 or which would result in liability for fraud, insolvency crimes or other corruption crimes. Concierge Camping requires any person who is involved in any way with it, whether as an officer, employee, member or guest or other associated person not to undertake any conduct which would or could constitute such an offence. Appropriate steps will be taken in relation to any person found to be in breach of this obligation. In the case of a member, this will result in immediate termination of membership.
