AA Campsite of the Year 2019

We are delighted to have been awarded as the overall winners of the AA Campsite of the Year 2019. The award was presented to park owner Guy Hodgkin at the annual AA Caravan and Camping Awards ceremony, held in January at the Stratford Manor hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon.

Park owner Guy Hodgkin said:

We have always strived to be the best in the country and be a genuine 5 star campsite. Therefore to be recognised in this way is extremely satisfying.

 

5 star campsite facilities

In addition to the four luxury safari tents, there are now 27 pitches which have been added to the park in recent years. Guests can expect to find quality fixtures and fittings throughout the park. These help to create a luxurious feel whilst staying close to the stunning surroundings of The South Downs National Park at the historic city of Chichester.

Visitors to the park will enjoy a hotel standard amenities block that boasts the best heating and air conditioning available. Guests can order optional breakfast hampers and make use of the shop serving the finest local produce. There are also four Emperor Pitches which include day living safari style tents. These have state-of-the-art long burning stove and well appointed kitchens. These are perfect for rustling up delicious meals from local farm produce. There is also a large dining area and the luxury of a fridge, freezer and dishwasher to hand to lighten the load.

All these attention to detail touches mean that visitors will experience a park like no other. Indeed the AA inspectors commented that Concierge Camping is an “exciting park”. They commended owners, Guy and Tracey for their levels of quality, remarking that they have “raised the quality bar“.
