Goodwoof Festival 2020
Something very exciting is happening at Goodwood in 2020! For the first time, the countryside estate is hosting the Goodwoof Festival, a unique event dedicated to all things doggy. Located in the beautiful Duchess Paddock at The Kennels, Goodwoof will take place over the bank holiday weekend (24th – 25th May 2020) and is set to welcome some of the leading names in the canine industry.

A doggy day out at Goodwood
Goodwoof Festival is billed as a dog lovers paradise and will offer plenty to keep the whole family entertained. From inspiring displays to a dog themed outdoor cinema and plenty of shopping opportunities, you’re guaranteed a memorable day out.
Head to the main arena to watch world class displays from some of the leading names in agility, flyball, dog cross country and sheep herding. From local teams to Crufts champions, you’ll be treated to an action-packed programme, which showcases the intelligence of man’s best friend and the unique bond between dogs and their owners.
If you think your dog has got what it takes, why not let them take part in some of the taster sessions. They can try their paw at a number of competitive games and challenges, which offer the perfect introduction into sports you may want to pursue in the future.
If you have an older dog, who requires a bit of TLC make sure you visit the wellness area, where you will find a team of qualified vets. They will be able to offer expert advice on a range of topics and answer any questions you may have.
There will also be a number of holistic therapists in attendance, offering alternative wellness therapies to compliment more traditional veterinary techniques. These include dog yoga and massage as well as behavioural and nutritional advice.

All of our accommodation is dog friendly and we don’t charge additional fees to bring your four-legged friends. We allow up to 3 dogs per pitch and our award-winning park has a number of dog friendly facilities to ensure your canine companion has a luxury stay.
Luxury dog wash
If your pup is in need of a shower, we have a state-of-the-art stainless-steel dog wash available on site, complete with foot control up and down and powerful blow dryer. This service is complimentary – all that we ask is that you leave a small donation to our chosen doggy charity, Battersea Dogs Home.
There’s no need to worry if you forget to pack the basics, our shop has everything you are likely to need during your stay. We stock dog shampoo, high quality dog treats from Pooch & Mutt as well as poo bags and dispensers.
Nearby dog walks
Our rural location affords us easy access to a network of countryside dog walks, perfect for burning off excess steam after the festival. Your four-legged friend can run around to their hearts content before going for a paddle and splash in our on-site stream. We provide poo bags free of charge and there are dedicated bins around the park. We have dog poo available free of charge on site and specific poo bins to dispose of your waste.

If you’re feeling peckish after the day’s festivities, there are three dog friendly restaurants in the local area, which we highly recommend. Best of all, guests from Concierge Camping can enjoy 10% off the bill!
